First I should say that my experience training with Cody was great! He is the best!

I had been going to the gym for about 18 months and I really was not getting much results, so I got discouraged, that made me skip gym and not give it the importance I should, so it became a bad cycle. I had never trained with a personal trainer before, and to be honest I never thought I would. I am very shy and very insecure about how I look, so the thought of me training with an expert watching every single one of my physical weaknesses and clumsiness was VERY intimidating and it seemed so imposible to me! But then I met Cody, who encouraged me to try something new (which I am very bad at) and I said yes to one session, thinking that if I felt just a little bit uncomfortable (which I was sure I would) that that would be the end of my training experience! But to my surprise Cody made me feel great, he never made me uncomfortable, he was very profesional, he was super patient with me, and even tho I was very weak and clumsy, he never made me feel like that.

So, of course I started training with him! and he was great! He really made a difference in my life, made me realize that I could do this... and when I said: I can't, he said Yes you can!

and when I really wasn't getting an exercise or couldn't do it, he didn't pushed me, he tried different ways, so I could get it done!

Thanks to him,  and to his training today I feel great, I feel stronger, and I have little more confidence in the way I look, and even tho I didn't start doing exercise to loose weight (I wasn't that overweight, I was really weak!)

I did lose 10 lbs training with Cody and I am stronger!

I had the privilege of working with Cody Eiker as my personal trainer for 6 months. Upon my first meeting with him, I sensed he was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and professional; all of which were traits I wanted in a prospective trainer. I could tell he was genuine and realistic in regards to helping me achieve my fitness goals. I knew this was going to be a big investment in my health and trusted he could help me get to where I wanted to be. I signed a 30 session contract and renewed for another 50 sessions.

A little bit about myself: I'm a 25 year old male and a healthcare professional. I work 12 hour night shifts. Often times that translates to horrible late night meals. After two years, I had become the heaviest I ever was. I tried several times religiously running throughout the week and failed. I tried juicing and lost a lot of weight but gained it back quickly. I tried at home regimens such as insanity and t25, both of which I got bored of doing. It was a vicious cycle of weight loss and gain. I finally realized I became another statistic of those victims believing in quick fixes and diet fads, all which eventually brought me back to square one.

When I began training with Cody, I weighed in at 256 lbs (I'm 6'3). I wanted to drop down to 230 lbs and gain muscle. Cody acknowledged my goals and created a plan for me. I started out training 2 times a week which progressed to 3 times a week to 5 times a week. The results began to show. Cody pushed me to my maximum without putting me at risk for injury. Somehow he knew more than I knew what I was capable of. He showed me proper technique and form to make the most of my time and effort in order to get the results I wanted. He also gave me guidelines on how to eat clean which is key to any training program.

In the end I weighed in at 232 lbs, lost 8 inches around my abdomen, 2 inches around my thighs, and gained 2 inches around my chest and biceps. I feel less flabby and more tone. My clothes have never fit so well as they do now. I gained confidence, I feel better overall, and my family, friends, and coworkers are impressed with my progress.

I highly recommend Cody as a personal trainer. He is a genuine person who enjoys what he does. He will commit to your goals as long as you do.

Before I met Cody I was skeptical about getting a personal trainer, but after my first session with him, I was immediately hooked. Cody is very knowledgeable, personable and most importantly, he makes me feel comfortable during our sessions. He taught me the importance of correct form, and he also pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of. Because of him, I quickly saw results, and now I can walk into the gym every day with much more confidence! Going to the gym was once a chore and now has become an addiction. I'm amazed over how much my body and even my whole lifestyle has changed after only 10 sessions. I don't trust anyone else! I'll definitely continue to train with Cody.​
